Federation honors returnee entrepreneurs

Kathmandu. Returnee Federation Nepal has honored returnee entrepreneurs on the occasion of its fourth foundation day. The honor was given during a “special ceremony of foundation day” at its central office in Thapagao, Kathmandu.

The honorees include Deepak Chapagain of Jhapa from Koshi Province, Gyanu Khawas of Dolakha from Bagmati Province, Ravilal Pant of Gulmi from Lumbini Province, Shiva Bahadur KC Khatri Chhetri of Nawalpur from Gandaki Province, and Ram Bahadur Baduwal from Dailekh, Karnali. The honorees expressed their happiness at being honored as returnees and said that it inspired them to do something in their own country.

Returnee Federation In-charge Krishna Bahadur KC has emphasized that returnees who have returned after suffering abroad should unite and actively engage in politics with entrepreneurship. KC, who is also a central member of the UML, said that returnees should move forward in a way that represents the leadership of the country in the future. He emphasized that returnees should also be studious to move forward in an interventionist manner as a political leader and a carrier of future change.

Federation President Uttam Adhikari said that since the honor is just a symbolic beginning, a program to encourage returnees will be spread across the country in the coming days. He wished that the establishment day will inspire the organization spread across all 63 districts to spread to all districts and make it nationwide.

Thanking everyone who supported the organization until the fourth day, he informed that the program will continue to be carried out by expanding the organization from the municipality to the center in this convention year and encouraging returnee entrepreneurs in places where programs are held. The foundation day was celebrated by cutting a cake at the party office of the Federation Kaski District Committee, cleaning Pushpalal Memorial Park in Pokhara.

Celebrating the foundation day in Jhapa, a working committee has been elected under the chairmanship of Bhaskar Gadtaula in Buddhashanti Rural Municipality. A new working committee has been elected in Nawalparasi under the chairmanship of Dhiraj Kharel. It is said that various programs have been organized in different parts of the country on the occasion of the foundation day of the federation.
